Spike Protein is an interesting topic of conversation, especially over the last 2 years and if one is being effected by Spike Protein in one way or another. And if you are one of these people who gets effected by the spike protein after being around people who have had the jab, then you become even more interested in it, especially in wanting to detox from it.
The following of what I am about to say isn’t medical advice in any way, it’s my journey that I have been on and what I have found what works best for me, as I live my day to day working life surrounded by people shedding away, for I’m one of these people who gets effected, and what I discovered in looking for things may prove to be of a benefit to others struggling through the same and looking for some answers and solutions that my help.

But first a quick overview, for when the jabs were first rolled out back in Aug 2021 for the under 65’s, people at work would go and get jabbed, then come back and sit around the table whilst I was there, and I noticed that I would feel shitty for a couple of days afterwards. Then as more an more people got the jabs, I noticed as I was out for runs that I would begin to lose energy and I would stop after only 14 minutes of running.
Then when the boosters got rolled out in Feb 2022, and everyone raced out to get them, that’s when I really started to be effected and go down hill. When out running it felt like I was moving through treacle, and very quickly my liver begun to be effected, which effected my bile production as my bile stared to go sludgy as I got pain in my liver and a pain at the back of my neck, plus I suddenly lost 3 kgs of weight in 4 weeks even though I was still eating what I normally ate, concerning times indeed.

To cut a long story short, what I take and do is about 7 different things which has bought me back and helped me to process the spike proteins out of my body.
With those things being taken and done are:
NAC
Thyme Tea
Liver Blood (ingredients are – Dandelion, Red Clover, Sarsparilla, Yellow Dock, Burdock, Colloidal Silver, Aloe Vera)
Capers
Increased my Magnesium and Zinc Levels
Consuming home made Beef Bone Broth
Sleep on an Earthing Sheet
Took a product with powdered OX Bile ( currently do not use at present as my Bile production has gone back to normal, but still keep the product handy, just in case)
So for me, it’s not just taking 1 or 2 products, but a myriad of things, which I’ve experimented with in when I take them, how much to take, and most of it, I had to work it out myself.
Now people maybe thinking, why not go to the doctors to sort it, the answer is very simple. The medical fraternity won’t even acknowledge people who have been vaccine damaged by the covid jab, so the chances of them even recognizing those who are effected by being around the jabbed is next to none.
There is a lot of information in this entry, so I’ll do another one that expands out about the things I take and do to help eliminate the Spike Protein, for things like the Thyme Tea, Capers and Bone Broth may not seem very relevant, though they do have natural ingredients in them that aid in the detoxification process
