If unaware about the effect of needy people’s behaviour, most coaches end up spending more time juggling people, than focusing on coaching.
The big issue with needy people is that they are focusing on getting attention rather than focusing on becoming good.
And if needy people spent about as ½ as much time into getting good as they do in getting attention, there would be a lot more talented people and less people in countries jails.
