Health report update time, but before I begin there, it’s been a couple of weeks since a blog entry has been posted, though that doesn’t mean one has been idle, for this time of year there has been a bit going on, and I don’t know about anyone else, time just seems to disappear real quick.
When it comes to fine tuning and working on my health, I’ve been on a long journey, which no amount of pharmaceutical medication would be able to fix, for if one is deficient in minerals and vitamins, how is allopathic medication ever going to rectify that?
Lately I’ve had a Comprehensive Nutrition Test done, where essentially a hair sample is taken and they use it to see what one has got too much of or maybe deficient in, and the health report that one gets back from it, is interesting to say the least.
And with the results that have come back for me personally, I’ve gone from using a shotgun in the dark approach to becoming a sniper targeting specific issues which need to be rectified.
So I’ve essentially gone from going, I wonder if this will work to I need to target this, this and this, and tell you what, it makes a big difference and gives one a lot more confidence.
And if allopathic medicine was all about health care, then everybody would have these sorts of tests and get this kind of health report back so that they could work to get better.
I don’t know about anyone, but when one goes for a blood test at the doctors, it always feels like they are trying to find something so that they can put you on medication.
And now that I’ve done this sort of test, it now feels like we’re seeing what we can do to balance things out, and even looking forward to the next Comprehensive Nutrition Test to see how things have balanced out.
For at the end of the day:
The pharmaceutical industry is a great business model but shite for people’s day to day health
