Detox Protocol has become more important over the last 2 years, for there is stuff that the medical industry are hell bent on injecting into people, in a one size fits all manner, (which isn’t a good medical practice) that is doing a lot of people more harm than good, and when one looks at the allopathic medical industry, that’s a pretty common occurrence, for how many things have been said to be safe and effective by them and then shown to be otherwise.
Any how, back to my own detox protocol that I’m working on and use when I’m around others who’ve had the jabs, and for the work that I do, that’s pretty much 5 days a week, so let’s have a further look at the stuff that I take which I have found to be beneficial for my situation.
NAC – N-Acetyl Cysteine
Thyme Tea – Has a lot of health benefits and also similar to pine needle tea
Capers – Naturally high in Quercetin
Home made Beef Bone Broth – Has Glycine in it which is a precursor to Glutathione
Liver Blood (ingredients are – Dandelion, Red Clover, Sarsparilla, Yellow Dock, Burdock, Colloidal Silver, Aloe Vera) – These herbs are good for cleaning the Liver and Blood
Increased my Magnesium and Zinc Levels – being effected, my body appears to use more magnesium and zinc whilst my body works on detoxing
Sleep on an Earthing Sheet – If these spike proteins build up a static charge in the body, then sleeping on an earthing sheet would help in discharging
Bile Salts – Helps to thin down the Bile and get it back to a more normal level
I’m still learning about the stuff I take, and even experimenting with others things as time shifts on and circumstances change.
And I have to constantly monitor myself as I’m taking things and observe how my body reacts to the things that I take, because even month to month, what I take and when I take them gets moved around for there is a lot of variables involved, especially around the people I’m with. Because some days are worse than and others, for some people seem to be bigger shedders than others, and some seem to shed for a longer time than others.
And the worse thing about the current situation is that you can’t take some of the things ahead of time until one has been effected, but others things such as Capers and Bone Broth I have added to my diet and the Earthing Sheet I have added to my general health routine for that has other benefits as well. And I’ve also now taking to not being in the smoko room for lunches, just so I’m away from the one’s who’ve been jabbed, we’ll see what difference it makes.
So it is a lot of things that I take and do, but we are in unprecedented times and everyone is finding their way, and I am more than happy to share my own experiences, because there are a lot of people out there looking for answers and solutions, and the more that people share their information, the quicker people are going to get to the solutions and answers that they seek
