Allopathic medicine has been around for about 120 years now, and it’s 2nd to none when it comes to treating people in emergency situations, such as car accidents and broken bones and the like, but when it comes to day to day health care, all it is best at doing is masking the symptoms and never really gets at the root cause of what is going on.

In my experience and observation, taking allopathic pills and lotions, with the symptoms being masked, people think they have got better, but the underlying health issues are still there.
And have you ever noticed over the years, that when it comes to fundraising for cancer, the more money that is raised, the incidence of cancers seems to keep going up and up, and the eternal hope is always dangled that a cure is just around the next corner.

I know that many people will see the last 18 months as being all about the story line that is covid, but for me personally I see a different story, I see a fabricated narrative and I’ll remember 2020 – 2021 as the time my body really kicked back into gear, and it’s mainly come about through 4 things which allopathic medicine wouldn’t even direct me towards.
The first one doesn’t sound like much, and just involves lengthening out my hamstrings, which have always been tight, so I’m just working through a process which doesn’t involve stretching.

The next was getting a hair sample done which provided me with a guide of what I needed to work on, in terms of missing nutrients, and for those that are interested, I went for the optimal nutrition test.

I’ve also become more aware of my breathing and how I breathe after delving into the work of James Nestor, with his book instantly going into my top 4 books I’ve read.

And one of the last things was looking at my eyesight, as I deal with astigmatism, and the possible causes of it, and it’s not weak muscles. It’s the eye muscles being under tension and stress, thereby pulling the eyeball out of shape.

So it’s not a case of strengthening the eye muscles, but more of getting them to relax and not to be under tension, makes a lot of sense to me.
So even with all of this covid thingy going on, as one can see, I’ve been pretty proactive and coming across a lot of interesting stuff that the allopathic medical system wouldn’t want to even look at, and yet I’m finding the information very beneficial for me. and there has been much more that I have done than the above four things, and they can also be explored on this blog, for:
Nothing on it’s own will solely fix an issue, it’s the culmination of everything done, which is where the real improvements come
