In this day and age with all the research and studies that goes on, especially in the health and nutritional area, the one question that isn’t really being asked is, why all the unhealthy sick people?
Because you would think with all the knowledge and understanding that is being accumulated, the number of unhealthy sick people should be decreasing, yet the statistics bear otherwise, with the trends of unhealthy sick people going up as the years go past, with the two of the biggest killers being heart disease and cancer.
And it doesn’t take must searching round the internet to start coming across people in the medical field disseminating the useful information out, and at least three examples of such people are:
Dr Rhonda Patrick
Dr Josh Axe
Dr John Bergman
And an interesting article on why proper information about food isn’t getting to people is as follows:
How the sugar industry shifted the blame to fat
Which just goes to show that everyone should be doing their own research about the workings of their body and nutrition and the food that they eat, rather than just taking information from people in positions of perceived authority, because:
As one becomes better informed, one can make better decisions.
So again, the one question that everyone should be asking, with all the research and available information on how the body works and the effect that food and nutrition has on the body, for better or for worse, depending on the food that’s eaten:
