There are 3 elements to understanding the human brain and how it works and when you come to grips with them, the learning and coaching process accelerates.
The things is, the human brain isn’t that mysterious and complicated to understand when you look it at from the big picture, it’s just that the left brain thinkers make it complicated.
For ultimately to understand the human brain requires three things to know about, with them being:
The human brain loves to learn, it’s a learning machine
The human brain is a picture thinker and works best with imagery
The human brain is a transmitter and receiver of frequency and information
And if you work, especially from the first two, your learning abilities and coaching abilities will accelerate, and the better you understand and learn about the first two and the more you apply them, then the more your players learning ability and your own coaching ability will accelerate.
The human brain isn’t overly complicated when you step back and look at the big picture, but when you delve amongst the circuitry and only looking at the small parts of that circuitry without knowing about the big picture you’re going to be lost in a sea of information, in the middle of a maze without a map and a guide on how to get out.
If you work form the position that the human brain loves to learn, works best with imagery and is a transmitter and receiver of information and frequencies, then what the human brain is designed for and what we are capable of begins to make a lot more sense
