Recently whilst browsing around YouTube, I came across the DefCon Conferences and they make for fascinating viewing, for basically DefCon is a conference organised by and run for hackers.
DefCon 17: Failure – Adam Savage
DefCon 17: Stealing Profits From Spammers
Hack All the Things: 20 Devices in 45 Minutes
Hacking Boarding Passes for Fun and Profit
After watching some of the talks at the DefCon conferences, what becomes obvious is that all computerised systems are hackable.
And when one starts learning about things like mass coronal ejections
Robert Schoch – Mass Coronal Ejection
Then what becomes obvious that all the electrical and computerised systems that are being implemented are inherently vulnerable.
Everything Can Be Hacked: Avi Rubin
And when one starts seeing how hackable we are
Social Engineering: The Gentleman Thief – Apollo Robbins
And with the introduction of A.I
AV 8 – Artificial Intelligence: The War On Consciousness – Dr Graham Downing
a question which springs to mind, is A.I hackable?
For it doesn’t matter how strong a system may appear, there is always a flaw inherently in it somewhere
