And as we know by now, the creating of something is only part of the equation, the maintaining and building upon what has been done is another part of the puzzle and picture.

And it’s the same with coaching, as by now we know coaching is not only about the teaching of the skills, techniques and tactics, there is way more to it than that, with activating the players self-learning ability and the building of relationships between the coach and players and within the team itself becoming a big part of the equation.

So in creating and maintaining something, there is always more involved than what we can ever be taught, so by its nature, we have to go through a learning process ourself in creating and building what we want to do and achieve
