I want to start this blog by saying thank you to all who been following what I’ve been writing over the last few months.
I know what I do can be all over the place, though that is part of the creative process, for that is what you have been witnessing whilst I’ve been writing away, though I couldn’t have done it any other way.
What it is leading up to is a new way to approach the coaching process, though it’s only going to be new because it isn’t currently being taught though the top coaches have unconsciously been doing it for years.
Enjoy and make use of the discoveries I’ve uncovered and when you see the end result in the coming weeks you’ll wonder why it hasn’t been done before. I certainly wonder, though with the amount of time I’ve spent uncovering this I can understand why, for it wasn’t until I asked the question:
What if my players do not want to learn?
That really spurred me on for I knew that many others were in the same boat.
Before I unveil what I’ve put together, here is a sneak preview of some of the topics I’m covering which has taken me there:
Stuff you don’t learn officially
Hidden Resources that are available
Introverts and Extroverts
Create a learning environment
Imagination and the mind’s eye
As you can see the topics are all over the place, it’s even surprised me the areas that I’ve covered, though importantly they do all tie in together. If you had asked me beforehand the topics I would cover when I started, I wouldn’t have been able to tell you.
Again thank you for taking an interest in what I’m doing and your curiosity will be rewarded in the coming weeks which will give you an advantage over anyone who has not read any of my material.
Even though I know what I know, I’ve still got a lot to discover and learn
