When it comes to techniques, there will be certain actions that are done that makes players stronger and more consistent in stance and skill execution.
And these techniques can be broken down into three areas, they being:
Strong Body Position
Strong Body Action
Movement Around the Field
And again, it’s looking at the key aspects which will yield the greatest returns, because:
If there is no strong strong body position, it becomes easier to be push around
If there is no strong body actions, skills executions will be inconsistent and weak
Most movement around the field revolves around speed, so what techniques can be used to speed things up, for if you’re slow, one will never be first to the ball
As I constantly say, when the whistle blows, 95% of the time you should be able to tell which way it is going to go.
Because those with the strongest body position will generally win the penalty.
Like the key skills:
Key techniques are techniques which allows players to be the most effective and efficient on the playing field
