So all this talk about consciousness, how does it help in putting together a team?
The first thing it shows is that there is more to putting together teams than just training, and secondly and more importantly, you can get more out of people than even they realise.
For when you understand about consciousness, you also come to realise that there is a collective consciousness, which involves a group of people therefore a group of people, when they come together, create a collective consciousness for that team.
Which means when you understand about electromagnetic fields, for we are beings whose muscles work on electrical impulses and when you have electricity you have magnetism, and as different electromagnetic fields come into contact and interact with each other, as a collective they can either increase or decrease their amplitude when coming into contact with each other.
Which means that if everyone within that team can begin working along the same wavelength then team performance can rise exponentially and the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.
Consciousness is the least known and understood, though one of the most important aspects for sporting performance and if you know about and understand it, you can begin to create a consciousness based team.
So it’s like when you bring a team of people together, you create a bubble of consciousness for that particular team, within the whole consciousness itself, for it’s like you are creating new organism out of that particular team.
So even if you don’t know anything about consciousness, it’s still having an effect on what you do so one might as well learn about consciousness and make it work for you, because:
If you take consciousness and our interaction with it out of the equation for understanding reality, then you don’t understand reality
