The most under utilized tool that we have as coaches is our Imaginal Senses, for how many coaches have an end result in their mind to develop what they do from, for without a picture of an end result, how can one truly build onto what they want to achieve.

Then the imaginal senses and one’s imagination become one’s most important tool for coaching, but since we’re not taught how to use them, it’s now time that we did.

The world is a much more interesting place than this 3-dimensional reality alone, and it’s through the use of our imaginal senses and imagination that we can truly bring this 3-dimensional reality to life.
How are you using your imagination?
So as a coach, begin constructing in one’s mind what one would like to see, how your team plays, what type of player one wants to develop, the type of skills your players will require and anything else you can think off, for with a blue print implanted in the Imaginal Realm, the information one gathers will begin to make a lot more sense.
