Refreshing things, like a cold drink on a hot day, a warm bath on a cold night, a good run early in the morning, can revitalize one in good ways.
And it is refreshing to see more and more people begin to take a better interest in their own health, though at the moment, it normally takes some sort of health crisis, by either yourself of someone close to you that kick starts this process into gear.
And if one does enough research on the human body, two things become abundantly clear, in that:
The body is a self-contained eco-system and the body is a self-healing organsim
So it would be really refreshing to go into a doctors office and hear them say upfront that:
“The body will heal itself, and as a doctor, with your help and the knowledge we have access to, we will get your body and mind back to an optimum condition for the bodies healing and rebuilding process to be activated and to take place”
“This healing process may or may not be instantaneous, and we may have to take some short term measures to stabilize you and then we’ll have to look at the food and liquids one is consuming and the thought processes that are taking place within to get to the root causes of what is going on”
I know some people would react in shock and horror at the above statement because as a society we ‘ve been conditioned to believe that it is the doctors, and the doctors alone who heal us, though as we know by now, that isn’t quite the case.

So realistically our health is in our hands and our health becomes our responsibility and to also use the knowledge of other people to bring our health back to an optimum operation, for if one has to be on pharmaceutical medicine for all their life, does that not start to ring alarm bells.
Maybe some people do need to be on some form of medication, but not in the numbers that currently are.
Once one understands that the body is both a self-enclosed Eco-system and a self-healing organism, then what are seen as miracle and unlikely recoveries, actually begins to make a lot more sense
