When entering the playing zone, your performance certainly rises to a different level, but the question really is, by how much?
Measuring a raise in the performance level through the playing zone is always going to be a subjective measurement because there are so many factors involved and working from a different realm.
As a ball park figure, I would say ones performance level would raise by at least a minimum of 10%, but it is more likely to be in the vicinity of 15 – 20%.
Anything more than 20% would be too much of a stretch for it to be a reasonable figure.
As I’ve said before, understanding how the mind really works and working from that space is where the real progress in sports performance is going to come.
When entering and working in the playing zone, ones performance will raise from anywhere between 10 – 20%
