When I first started doing all this, there is a question that I was pursuing that I now feel that I can answer and it’s this:
Q: What do successful coaches work from that isn’t being taught?
A: Successful coaches build a growth mindset in their players and use positive manipulation to create something that is greater than the sum of its parts. They also work on building into their players the key skills, techniques, tactics and fitness components of their sport and bring competition into their practices and make drills more intense and challenging than games.
No doubt I will refine what I am doing further and add new dimensions to enhance the concept as there are still many areas to explore and one such area is social engineering for that is what successful coaching is.
I’m really enjoying taking coaching into places which hasn’t been explored and covering topics which isn’t being taught.
