I was out for a meal the other day with dad, who is recovering from a stroke, and as he was getting into the car I said, everything you are trying to do is problem solving.
Of course saying something like that struck me:
Everything we try and do, is in reality, problem solving
Look at everything you ever approach and it doesn’t matter how big or small, there’s problem solving involved and the biggest realization is:
Once you start approaching things from the problem solving angle, you realize that everything you ever do involves a problem that needs to be solved
So rather than running away from problem solving, you actually need to stop and face them for if you don’t you’ll always be running away from reality.
If your life and sport is full of trivial problems, you’d better get to work solving them so better problems can come to pass
