When it comes to working with people and understanding them, there is a way they can be quickly worked out to see what they’re really about.
When working and interacting with people there are only two initial questions to ask, they being:
Are they a taker?
Do they show little or no respect for others?
And if the answer is yes to both of these questions, raise the red flags because these are the ones who are going to be the source of most of the problems.
And this pattern just shows through time and time and time again
If people are takers they develop a false sense of entitlement
If people show little or no respect for others, they start the dehumanisation process so empathy disappears.
