Practical benefits derived from nasal breathing is a bit like learning about the Hemp plant, the more that one looks into it, the more amazing and fascinating it becomes.
And even though I’ve only being really attentive and making a conscious effort of breathing through the nose only over the last 6 weeks, the impact to what I’m doing has been nothing short of life changing.
At the same time I’ve also stopped consumption of refined sugar and associated products for the time being, and I’ve also got back into running rebuilding my base fitness after a hockey season.

I know everyone will react differently to doing the same things, it’s all to do in finding what works for oneself, and I’m really interested to see what it will all be like in 5 months time at the end of March. And I will admit, breathing through the nose whilst out running was not easy for the first 3 weeks, though now my body is beginning to adjust.
So as one can tell, I’m a bit of a covert because the changes I have notice have been profound within myself and it all began with becoming aware and making a conscious effort of breathing in and out through the nose
