One satisfaction of coaching is in inventing and coming up with one’s own training drills and practices to help solve issues that happen on the field and seeing those issued resolve themselves by the drills and exercises that one come up with.
One might go, I could never come up with my own training drills, but with a bit of thinking and trial and error, one can come up with something.

I’m not saying that initially that one’s own training drills and exercise will work and get the desired results, though with practice and time you’d be surprised what one could come up with, and you don’t have to come up with a whole original practice, just start with one drill.

Sometimes you will come up with training drills or exercises that you may only use once or twice, others you’ll come up with that’ll you’ll use all the time.
The other trick is to give the training drill a name, for that way it will be easier to remember and for the players and yourself to recall.

By all means have a look at and use other people own training drills, exercises and games, though over time you’ll find it enjoyable coming up with your own training drills, exercises and games as you look to develop your own players and the style and type of game one would like to see played
