Natural Nutritional Supplements, it’s not something that is talked about much, and there are many sources where one can obtain them from, though it does required a little bit of research on one’s behalf, though the rewards can be great.

And natural nutritional supplements come in many shapes and forms, and some examples of natural nutritional supplements which contain things that the body may need are:

And in this list from above it is only the tip of the ice-berg, for with our soils and food so depleted, one has to attain the minerals and nutrition our bodies need to function at an optimal level from other sources than the food we eat.
And the real interesting thing is that it doesn’t have to be expensive for some of the stuff one uses, one doesn’t have to use much at all, which makes it last even longer.
And if one really tunes into their body, it will very quickly tell you when you are taking and consuming too much, or even need to have a break for a small while.
I maybe being a bit biased, though I do know that my health has improved by consuming the natural nutritional supplements that my body seems to require on a regular basis, and I’d rather do that than dealing with the side effects of any petro chemical medication
