No doubt, some have been exploring the posters page on the website and come across the recent additions to all the others as I’ve had a very productive time lately, producing 6 new posters galore. I didn’t intend doing so many, but that’s the way it goes sometimes.
I’ve also struck a bit of a milestone as I now have 40 posters on the website covering various topics, so there’s plenty to explore as more and more content gets added over time.
Four of the new posters have been added to the coaching section, 1 to the behaviours section and 1 to the consciousness section, with the individual posters being as such:
Coachings Foundational Base
The Master Coach
Grass Roots Coaching
Hopefully anyone new to coaching will find the Grass Roots Coaching Poster helpful as it distils what I believe to be the core elements of coaching, check it out, see what you think.
The new poster in the behaviour section, is a combination of two different peoples work that I’ve read, and what I’ve done is to combine them in a way in which they add to each other.
Working With People
The 2 peoples work I’ve combined are Brett Bartholomew and Gretchen Rubin’s and it’s definitely worth checking their work and books out, as Brett’s work revolves around identifying archetypes that he’s comes across in the sporting world and Gretchen’s work revolves around the fulfilling of either Inner and Outer Expectations, and see if what’s been put together makes it a lot easier in identifying and understanding people. For me personally it has, for I now have a picture in my head of what I’m looking at.
And in the Consciousness section I’ve added one about the Imaginal Realm and it shows why the Imagination, Thought, Words and Action are the connection between the Imaginal Realm and our Physical Reality.
Working Between 2 Worlds
In reality, the posters I do, as well as being a summary, are also a gateway for others to do their own research and the posters also provide a visual reference of the bigger picture, so that people can see where the information that they collect themselves along the way, fits into that bigger picture.
If we have an outline of what we do, then the picture we paint or the things that we build becomes a lot easier
