Ignoring basic fundamentals isn’t a very good way to build things upon. For example, as a coach, if one is ignoring the basic fundamentals of fitness, core skill, playing structure and understanding people, then one is ploughing themselves a hard road to hoe.
And when it comes to looking after our health, as a society, we’re ignoring basic fundamentals all the way, which consist of:
What we eat
And before I carry on, I’ll add this caveat, when it comes to emergency situations, the allopathic medical system is second to none, though when it comes to day to day health care, basic fundamentals are being ignored left right and center.
If the above statement is not correct, there is a simple test that can be done to test this. The next time one is at the doctors for any reason, when it comes to day to day health, ask to talk about Bio-Terrain, The Immune System, What we eat and Nutrition and see what sort of response one gets.
For we’ve replaced healing people properly with trying to do it with petrochemical medication, Hhhhmmm, that’s going to work out really well.
And to come to an understanding of health, one doesn’t have to be a doctor or a medical expert, all one has to do is observe what is going on and have a healthy dose of discernment.
Another example in ignoring basic fundamentals is the economy, people get surprised when it keeps collapsing all the time, though anything built upon debt has to fall over – Hhmmm.
We’re ignoring basic fundamentals to our detriment, for houses built upon sand never lasts that long
