Healthy Living is more than a one legged stool, it takes a combination of things together to create a sum that is greater than all of it’s parts.
More emphasis at times can take precedence than others, though none stands alone, for like a car, one can tune the engine for greater performance, though that won’t matter if one is driving on flat tyres.
And those three things that make the trifecta for healthier living are simply these:
Diet
Exercise
Breathing
Though simple enough, there is enough within each for the variation to be wide for everyone, so then it becomes the old adage of – Know Thy Self.

The three areas of diet, exercise and breathing can be an absolute minefield to look at for there is so much information out there about each, though the old adage of keeping it simple, and keeping it basic is really at the heart of making it work for each of us.
