Health Plans are a dime a dozen and most of them go into explicit details, and just give us a show of hands, how many people actually stick to those health plans and another show of hands of how many gets lost in all of the details?
In the long run, to regain one’s health is basically a simple 5 step process, with an added 6th dimension – Time, for the distance between two points is merely time.
For when one looks at enough information, the same themes keep coming through, and when it comes to health plans, these common themes keep coming up.
