Gluten Free is becoming a bigger and bigger awareness issue than it ever was only a mere 30 years ago, for the fact that 30 years ago it was something that no one had ever heard of, mainly because it hardly existed, abit like cancer 50 years ago, and now it is going to become one of the biggest industries in the world, no coincidence there, as more and more people become Gluten Intolerant.
The interesting thing is, everyone is trying real hard to come up with all of these Gluten Free products to satisfy the market, and yet if someone finds that they have a gluten intolerance, it is actually a great opportunity to get away from the food like products we’re all being fed now, because the irony is, the food like products is what has more than likely created the problem in the first place.
