Fixing things normally starts when the problems arise, for our bodies are so adaptable, that we can actually be doing the wrong things for a very long time before our bodies go, nope, can’t do this anymore, and begins the process of breaking down.
And when one starts looking at our bodies, you realize that it is systems within systems, and the things that we do to it, like what we eat and the way that we breathe can contribute to either building up those systems or breaking down those systems.
So over the years, without realizing it, by what I was doing and eating, I was running down my bodily systems where it got to the point, they could no longer sustain themselves.
So by changing what I was doing, eating, and now breathing, I’ve been in the process of repairing and fixing them, so that the systems within the body can begin and get back to running at their optimal levels.
So how does one begin fixing these holes within their systems that’s been created over the years?
Simply it begins with gathering knowledge and then trying things to expand out one’s experience, and questions can begin to pop into one’s mind like:
What does things like exercise do to the body and in helping in lowering things like blood pressure over the long term?
Though first, it actually helps to understand what blood pressure actually is, and what are they actually measuring.
Blood Pressure Basics
And then one can start getting into how to effect, in a positive way, what is going on inside oneself so that we can assist in the repair and maintenance of our body systems.
Exercise & Blood Pressure
At the moment I’ve been delving into blood pressure and nasal breathing because that is what I currently am working on for myself, though over the years I’ve also looked into diet and cholesterol, and that information also can be found throughout this website, generally under the health and body tags in the blog section. And there is also 6 posters that go with all of this as well that helps to create a bigger picture of where it all fits in.
And even though we are all on our own journey’s, through my own journey, I hope I am helping others, as I have been helped by others, who’ve traveled through their own journey as well
