For the majority of sports, fitness is built around 5 aspects.
These aspects being:
Speed is built around acceleration, over 5 meters to 40 meters and also how fast one can move
Strength is about how strong one is and how the force is applied
Stamina is about how long one can last, though how quickly one can recover
Agility is about how one move around the field, but not in a straight line, how good one is at dodging and weaving whilst moving at top speed
Flexibility is about how the body moves and flexes and the range of movement it has
It’s very rare that someone will have equal balance and abundance of each, though all can be improved upon.
Fitness is specific to each sport, though the components are common to all
