Dysfunctional people being paraded as celebrities is what one finds in these gossip and weekly women’s magazines, and these people may have all of the fame and money that they want and could wish for, though when one sees the type of lifestyles that they lead – no thanks, they can keep it.
Another dysfunctional thing we ignore is our breathing. We do it every day, yet we pay so little attention to it, and yet it has a big and profound effect on our very health and well being.
And lately I’ve become very fascinated by it and have started to pay much more attention to my own breathing and the effect that it has on the body.
