Anyone undertaking any coaching what so ever should have some form of philosophy about how they go about things. It doesn’t have to be complicated and could be as simple as:
Understand People and Guide Them
Get One’s Message Across Succinctly
And most coaches will have a philosophy about how they want the game to be played, and could include things like:
The type of game one wants to see played
The style of game one wants to see played
The way one wants to play on the field
The type of player that one wants to develop
For essentially what one is doing through this process is building a picture in one’s head which will provide a blue print for one to work from, and a direction in which they go.
And the reason why we are getting one to build a picture in your head is because:
The Imagination and it’s ability to picture build is the core tenant of the workings of this Reality
And it is always important to realize that no plan and picture is ever set in stone, it can always be adjusted, tweaked and improved upon, for the nature of this reality is both fluid and malleable.
