Asking questions is one of the many frowned upon things when, especially when the truth is involved, and yet to develop a greater understanding and comprehension of things, the asking of questions becomes a vital tool in one’s arsenal.
Most people now a days have a lot of questions surrounding their health, and with the expansion of questions, new topics and other areas of exploration begin to open up.
For example, on my own health journey, as I’ve kept uncovering layers, and the asking of many questions, finally I came upon the work of James Nestor and his book breath.
And through the Book and watching many of James videos, they led me onto work of Patrick Mckeown, which adds an extra layer onto one’s understanding.

And breathing is a big part of having a healthy Immune System, which then becomes part of one’s health concept that they may be working to.
And even in the world of sport, if one has any inclination in becoming better, questions, and then finding the answers to those questions form the fundamental basis of any progress, and all it takes is the vision of one individual and a bit of trial and error to fundamentally change others thinking.
