Adventure, it’s what this world is, and through experience, we expand out our understanding of the reality that surrounds us.
And the more that one looks into this reality and see a thread that runs through everyone’s story, a common element begins to show itself, where:
First an adventure and journey of the body
Then an adventure and journey of the mind
I’m currently reading a book called Radical Remission (which I’ll cover in an upcoming post), and this twin adventure comes to the fore, where after a cancer diagnosis people begin to explore the spiritual/ethereal aspect of themselves and begin to see how important their mind actually is within their healing process.
So a question begins to arise, what part of the adventure is one on, and can one be on both at the same time?
And do we need a crisis to bump us from an adventure and journey of the body to moving onto exploring an adventure and journey of the mind.
