As one continues on with their coaching development, what becomes very apparent is how dynamic the process becomes.
For what seemed to be important at the start, can start to develop less and less importance as time goes on.
But ultimately it comes down to what one wants to achieve with what they are doing and it will generally stem from the philosophy that one is working to, and the hardest bit can be putting that philosophy into words.
For my coaching philosophy developed into developing Class Skilful Thinking Players, though now over time, I’ve extended what I’m working to out to a few more words, until it has now become:
Is to develop dynamic players who have the discipline to play a passing game and also play to a structure
Ultimately anyone could use this phrase, though the key words will mean different things to different people.
Coaching has become a dynamic process and those that stand still are the ones who fall behind.
