If we all want to improve as learners, then merely sitting in a class room or watching TV and merely absorbing and regurgitating the information that is feed to us, is not learning, that’s juts merely repeating information, and it’s a lesson I learnt very early on in school, though it wasn’t really a lesson that we were supposed learn, though learn it I did none the less.
What I’ve found through my experiences of coaching, learning is a dynamic process, and though there are some key principles, it’s as individual as the individual themselves, and when true learning occurs, we actually teach ourselves, we may get information from other people, but we assimilate the information ourselves.
And what I’ve found to be 5 vital key aspects of the learning process are:
Love Of Learning
Wanting To Improve

Because the original modern school system in the 1800’s was set up to produce people for the war machine and then later on for factories, and it was all about conditioning rather than learning.

Changing Education Paradigm
But that mold is cracking and being broken for more and more people aren’t waiting for their directions from on high, for as the information becomes more and more available and on line, more true learning is beginning to happen as people go through the process of teaching themselves and accelerating their learning because of this
